Is it possible to order express delivery?

No, we do not currently offer this service.

Can I return or exchange my order after purchase?

Due to the special nature of the products sold through the Website, the customer shall not have the right to withdraw from the purchase made, as they are goods made according to the customer's clearly personalised specifications.

Can I exchange my order for another size?

Unfortunately, as this is a customised product, no changes can be made in this respect.

Returns only in case of defective or incorrect products

In the case of defective products, or products that do not correspond to the order you have placed, you may request a refund within 14 days of receipt of the order. This return will always be free of charge.

Steps to follow for the return

1. Contact our customer service department by emailing with the following information or by using the following Return Form.

- Order number; Name and surname; Collection address; Product reference you wish to return and Reason for return.

- In the case of a defective product: attach photographs clearly showing the defect in the work.

- Desired date of collection by the carrier.

- Option you choose after the return:

a. Receiving your order (in case you have received an incorrect order)

b. Receive a full refund within 7-10 days.

2. Once we have received the return request and assessed its legality, the transport company will contact you directly to arrange a collection date. Remember that it must always be in its original packaging.

3. Once the order has been received in our warehouse and its condition has been checked, WALLPIC will contact you to inform you that we will proceed to manufacture the new order, which will be sent within 7-10 working days of this communication.

4. If you do not want the new order, WALLPIC will proceed to refund the corresponding amount by the same payment method used at the time of purchase and within 7 - 10 days from the date of this communication.

How long does it take to receive a refund after returning a faulty or incorrect product?

Please wait up to one week from the date on which the product to be returned is collected by our transport company for it to be delivered and processed in our warehouses. Once the product has been processed and the condition of the product has been checked, WALLPIC will proceed to reimburse the corresponding amount using the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 7 to 10 days.

Are import duties or customs taxes refunded?

Import duties, taxes or administrative fees applicable to the order that have been incurred will never be refunded. We kindly ask you to contact your local customs administration directly in this regard for proper handling and processing.
